Elemental Armory is made by Chach16 and Crest Systems and run by Oddsphere, LLC, which does business as Crest Systems. By playing you agree to these terms. Questions go to [email protected].
Who can play
You need to be 13 or older. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you, and needs to approve any purchase.
Your account
Keep your recovery code and password private. Anyone who has them can open your account. We can't always restore an account if you lose both and aren't signed in with Google.
Playing fairly
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, attack the servers, or harass other players, and don't pick a display name that's offensive or pretends to be us. We may reset progress or close accounts that do.
Shards, cosmetics and paid items
Shards, skins, emotes and anything else you earn or buy in the game are a limited licence to use that content in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred to another account. Purchases are final once the item is on your account, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the items it paid for are removed, along with any of the Shards it added that you haven't spent.
The game changes
This is a game in active development. Modes, balance, prices and items can change, and the game or parts of it could shut down. It's provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for lost progress or indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. If you keep playing after a change, you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
